The overall editorial responsibility of journals published under Samvakti Journals rests with the Editorial Office, which oversees editorial policies, coordinates editorial operations, and ensures adherence to established peer-review and publication standards.

The Editorial Office currently operates under the coordination of Neeraj Gupta, Founder and Managing Director of Samvakti Private Limited, who serves as the primary point of responsibility for journal-level editorial oversight. Additional members may participate in editorial coordination, administration, and oversight.

Individual manuscripts are assigned to appropriate Editorial Board members based on their subject expertise. The assigned Editorial Board members independently evaluate peer-review reports and make manuscript-level editorial decisions, including acceptance, revision, or rejection, in accordance with the respective journal's editorial policies.

The Editorial Office facilitates communication among authors, reviewers, and Editorial Board members, coordinates editorial workflows, and provides administrative and publication support.
