Evaluating the Role of Digital Technologies in Strengthening Youth Entrepreneurial Competitiveness: A Case Study of Kalinga University in Raipur City
This study investigates the role of digital technologies in strengthening youth entrepreneurial competitiveness at Kalinga University in Raipur City. A survey method was employed, with respondents drawn from Kalinga University students. Data were gathered from 85 respondents using an online questionnaire based on a Likert scale ranging from 1 (Poor) to 4 (Excellent). The study examines the impact of specific digital technologies, including e-commerce (EC), point-of-sale (POS), digital marketing (DM), and cloud computing (CC), on business operations and youth entrepreneurship in Raipur City, India. The data were analyzed using SPSS. The results indicate that most participants have adopted e-commerce and POS technology in their business operations, while digital marketing adoption is also widespread. However, cloud computing remains underutilized among youth entrepreneurs. This study provides valuable insights into small businesses in Raipur City, offering recommendations for effective digital technology adoption to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
