Steps involved in the marketing would include process tailor made for these type of businesses. Processes involved in marketing i.e. broad market research; market targeting and market segmentation; determining distribution, pricing and promotion strategies; communication strategy; budgeting; and visioning long-term market development goals would differ for B2B and B2C businesses.
