With the increase in data and usage of Information Technology, IT infrastructure both BSS and OSS should be optimized and upscale from time to time. Optimization plays the critical role in ensuring the information required by user is available to it instantaneously and as and when required on the media it wants to see without any increase in the hardware cost. where as up-scaling requires the hardware to be added and software is re-configured to use addition hardware optimally.
