I, Dr. Retno Purwani Setyaningrum, SE, MM, is working as a Head Lecturer with Pelita Bangsa University, Indonesia. I have colelctive experience of more than 33 years both in corporate and education field. I completed my P.hD in Servant Leadership and Its Effect on Employee Performance Mediated by Organizational Commitment and Trust (A Study of PT. East West Seed Indonesia).

Currently I am teaching more then 2000 under graduate students in the field of Human Resource Management, Personal Development Management, Business Ethics, Change Management, Entrepreneurship Management, Quality Management / TOM, Business and Professional Ethics, Introduction to Management and Research Methodology.

I have published multiple papers and books in both International and national Journals of repute with collective Citations of more than 20 and H-index of 3. I am reviewer in multiple journals.
