Having experience of 20+ years in the area of academics, research, consulting industry projects, and case study development. He has presented research papers in various international conferences held at, IIM-Ahmedabad, IIM-Visakhapatnam, IIM-Shillong, IIM-Indore, IIM-Raipur, IIT-Delhi, DTU-Delhi, FMS-GGSIPU Delhi , Delhi Universities, Amity University ,IBS Bangalore ,SBS Pune and many more. He has published more than 40  research papers in Journals International and National both, some of them in SEGE publication, SCOPUS Index, UGC CARE listed, Emerald Publication. mentoring students with the approach of campus to corporate.
He has also conducted MDPs and has been involved in guiding the postgraduate students for dissertations and research projects.  He is a Microsoft Faculty Fellow, Holds a Ph.D. degree in commerce from MJP Rohilkhand University, EDP-CF from IIM-Kolkata, PGDIT from SMU.
