I am Dr. Bhawana Sharma working as Assistant Professor at Sophia Girls' College (Autonomous) Ajmer. I have 8 years of work experience in the higher education sector, Awarded with Indo-Nepal Samrasta Award at the International Level. I am working as a project advisor with Rajasthan Samagra Kalyan Sansthan (NGO in Rajasthan). I am also working as a content creator, YouTuber, and consultant. 6 Papers published in reputed journals, 1chapter in an edited book, presented more than 20 papers, attended more than 40 seminars/conferences/workshops, attended more than 10 FDPs, Completed 1 orientation program and one refresher program under MHRD. Presently working as a member of Institutional innovation cell under MHRD. Worked on a national project to support Kristu Jayanti College, Bengaluru.
