With a background in Business and Management, currently, I am an MBA HR graduate with good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, seeking to leverage experience in an HR position to apply my knowledge of HR principles and contribute to organizational growth by supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations while further developing my skills in a dynamic work environment. I am looking for a career in employee relations as I am inclined towards empathy and would want to be an ethical and genuine support in an organisation to bridge the gap between employees and the company.
