Interested in providing biotechnology based solutions to the key relevant questions.I am an assistant professor with an experience and training in the methods of molecular biology and bioinformatics. I am involved in basic and applied research in the domains of cancer, Alzheimer's, antimicrobial resistance, gut microbiomes, metagenomics, etc. I have a key role in standardizing wastewater based epidemiology (WBE) protocols for India and am considered one of the leading experts in this fields. Before my research experience of over 6 years post PhD I have completed my doctorate in bioengineering from IIT Kanpur.
