I am currently  a 4th year student pursuing B.com from Swami Shraddhanand College,University of Delhi .With a acdemic background   and a  keen interest in organisational behavior,workplace communication,i want to develop more practical insights into HR practices.I have also done an  online -intrership as an HR  in a company,that made me more interested in this field.As a reserch oriented student i want explore more in   Human Resource Management and contribute meaningful insights through my work in this field.

Effective organisational communication plays a crucial role in enhancing employee performance, motivation, and workplace relationships. This study explores the impact of internal communication on employee performance from the employees’ perspective. While previous research has largely relied on quantitative methods, this study adopts a qualitative, interview-based approach to understand employees’ real-life experiences with communication practices in organisations.
