Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management, Parul University, Vadodara. She holds a Ph.D. in Management with her research focusing on the Impact of Social Media on Tourism Buying Behaviour: An Empirical Study of Gujarat. She has extensive teaching experience and actively engages with more than 1500 students annually, mentoring over 40 students in research projects, dissertations, and academic activities.

Her academic interests include Social Media Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Tourism Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Human Resource Management. Dr. Oza has contributed to several research papers, conference presentations, and edited academic volumes related to management and marketing.

She is also involved in interdisciplinary research initiatives and academic projects such as the AI-Powered Travel Influence Scoring Engine, which focuses on analysing the impact of digital travel content on tourism behaviour. Along with teaching and research, she actively participates in curriculum development, student mentoring, and academic publication activities.

Dr. Oza is committed to promoting research-driven learning and industry-relevant education among management students.
