Keren Millet is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management Studies, Parul University, with over 14 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. She is currently pursuing her PhD from Gujarat Technological University, focusing on Emotional Intelligence and Job Performance in the Gujarat Police Department. Her areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, HR Analytics, and Organizational Behavior.

She has presented and published numerous research papers in national and international conferences and UGC-listed journals. Keren has been actively involved in training and development programs for institutions like GEB and Baroda Management Association, with certifications in HR Analytics, Payroll, POSH, and Advanced Excel. She has also served in leadership roles such as HOD, TEC Coordinator, and IQAC Core Team Member at Parul University.
