Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the teacher-student relationship in higher education. This literature review explores the role of AI technologies, such as Chatbots, in enhancing learning through personalized education, efficient assignment delivery, and improved accessibility. However, it also highlights challenges, including depersonalization, technical failures, data privacy concerns, and ethical considerations.
